My experience has been negative. My surgeon did not tell me until the morning of the procedure that there was a chance I'd retain urine and need to go home w/ a catheter. That's what happened. Furious with terrible care I got after the surgery at Seton Hospital in Austin, TX. Terrible nurse ignored my pain for over three hours and joked about it, saying, "It's just an injection".
