How I Stay Healthy
I am now only eating whole natural foods. On August 6, 2012 I eliminated sugar, artificial sweeteners and caffeine from my diet to be healthier and make a body as natural and healthy as possible for this upcoming in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycle we are hoping to begin in winter 2012. I also take my dogs for long walks and try to be as active as I can.... (more)
My Experience with Health Challenges
I was diagnosed with badly blocked and damaged fallopian tubes 2 years ago and have since then had surgery to remove them in order to increase my odds of having a successful IVF cycle. Infertility has been the most challenging and difficult thing I have ever gone through mentally, spiritually & physically. It has strengthened my and my fiancee's relationship, but totally ruined others I have with friends and some family. It has taught me a lot about myself and how strong I can be. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, even my worst enemy.... (more)
