A few years ago I was having some personal issues that everyone goes through. I started feeling pains in my arms and legs. Pain got progressively worse, to the point that I couldn't get good nights sleep. Doctors had no idea why this was happening. A chiropractor said my body was very tense and did his routine. It didn't help much. I came across an article in Prevention magazine about stress and Sage tea. I bought some at a health food store. I drank it 2 or 3 times a day. About 2 weeks later I felt much better. About a month later I felt normal. I had pain for about 8 months before I found this wonderful tea. I recommended tea to my mother that had a stiff neck for months. She felt better in a matter of days. Does not make you feel less stress, but helps with the symptoms of stress.
