How to deal with post nasal drip?
Sorry if this is in the wrong section... what are people's experiences with treating post nasal drip?

What has worked best for me so far is neti pots; you can look it up. Basically, you take a long-sprouted pot and pour water down your nose, and help rinse clear any mucus and phlegm in your nasal cavity.
You can also try using adding salt to the water that you use... it may sting a little, but it really helped me clear my colds whenever I tried them!

It looks like FoundHealth doesn't have any information on neti pots... maybe someone should write it up?
We went ahead and added a basic page on neti pots for sinusitis. Hopefully people will vote on how well this treatment works for their symptoms!
