Hi, First off, yoga is a wonderful tool for the symptoms of adhd. Deep breathing helps to clear the mind and focus on the now. Specifically, I find kundalini yoga to be very meditative, as it involves a lot of chanting and deep breathing. Other forms such as hatha, restorative, and iyengar have been helpful too.
