My daughter waters down fruit drinks for her kids. I drink Green Tea with lemon and sometimes I add Organic Blue Guava. My sister is staying with me and she makes coffee every morning. I am gradually being tempted by this. I've read something good about coffee like it's good but the chemicals or bad, and other comments like it's OK in moderation and if you don't dd sugar or Creamer you might have a chance. As far as the fruit juices I read orange juice has chemicals added because it sit's in a vat for up to a year before it's sold. I drink Cranberry juice straight up nothing added it comes in bottles it's not for everyone when I serve it nobody likes it but me. I need to experiment maybe if I add some honey or thin it down with water not sure.

We opt for the 100% juice varieties with no added sugar. Especially the fruit and veggie blends like V-8. We still drink them only occasionally because they do tend to be calorie dense, and I like mixing them half and half with carbonated water. The key is just to read the label! If it's got any ingredients other than fruit/veggie juice and water, put it back! I mean, even the sugary juice drinks are probably ok in moderation, but there are better options.
