Great for lymphatic drainage and as an analgesic. I've drank two cups of appx. 2 gm tea today with no ill effects at all. No more dull weird sinus headache and overall muscle groups feel more relaxed (like a potassium relaxed feeling, not aspirin type of feeling). I'm going to keep using this.
