Generally the sleep apnea is being treated by the use if CPAP masks which allows the person to sleep peacefully at night without the sleep apnea issue. Also nootropic medications are being prescribed so that the person can stay awake and alert for the whole day without any kind of issue. In the CPAP treatment the pressurized air travels from the machine through tubing connected to a face mask. The machine monitors the sleeping and breathing activity to ensure it is providing the proper amount of oxygen. This allows the person to sleep peacefully and get proper amount of rest so that he or she can get prepared for the next day’s chores.
