... (more)Well I've taken GCBE 2x 800mg for two days, and right away I can tell my metabolism has improved, I've lost 2 pounds, and that's amazing to me. However, my sleep has been disturbed both nights, and I have random little itchy places all over my body. I am going to try just one capsule in the morning for a day or so and see if that makes a difference. I don't want to stop the weight loss!!
