I am a very active male who walks 3 - 4 miles daily. Have been active my whole life. Suddenly I have double vision and after studying the internet felt like I had MG. Test proved positive and I have a prescription for 60MG of pyridostigm. This will be my first prescription medicine and I am a little anxious but feel the need to treat the problem. Just started so we will see what happens.Always felt like I could overcome any small problem but am told that this is not something that goes away. My double vision seemed to get worse and felt the need to correct the problem rather than agree to get prism glasses. Good thing I chose that route. I am also going to clean up my diet, I pretty much ate what I wanted because of my high activity, was a tennis professional for 21 years. It was nothing to teach 3-4 hours a day then play very competitively the same amount. Not used to slowing down. It will be interesting to see how my body accepts this challenge.
