My pain, discomfort and inability to walk even short distances has not improved. Am now researching after laminectomy treatment such as chiropractic, acupuncture or holistic. Also looking at medical massage and herbal treatment. Laminectomy did not work for me and may or may not work for you. If anyone reading has any suggestions reach out to me at dmreiter@gmail.com. Leave out all the certifiable crank crap.
