Food is medicine.
Eat mainly foods without labels. If a food has labels it should have fewer than 5 ingredients. If it has sugar, white rice or white flour is in it, throw it away. Don't eat foods with High Fructose Corn Syrup, "hydrogenated" or has highly refined cooking oils such as corn, soy, etc.
If you can't recognize or pronounce the ingredient its not for you. And no artificial sweeteners. If it was grown on a plant, not made in a plant, then you can keep it in your kitchen....
