I am diabetic 2 and overweight ,I have tried and still trying to lose this weight I take glucopgage and as the diabetes as recently attacked the nerves in my feet I am on gabapentin and pain killers!!! ---I have just bought primrose oil caps and alpha llip acid caps but to be honest I am so confused as I keep reading various books on diet and diabetes 2 and they all seem to contradict each other ive never been so CONFUSED in my life ---I am taking my blood sugar test and my reading varies around 8.4---8.9??? I will do anything to reverse this painful illness I also have a problem that I am limited in my mobility as ive no cartilage in my knee!! so I bought a vibrating machine and I sit in a chair with my feet on it to exercise my feet and legs --ive also sat on it for a full body workout? I don't really have a clue if im doing good or bad but will try ANYTHING as I say can DR HYMAN PLEASE advise me I will look again each day to see if there is any good news---I am female 75yrs old but don't feel it --BUT FOR THIS DREADDFUL ILLNESS many thanks for reading this GOD BLESS xx E.J
