My first time I got a soft ball in my hand with instructions to squeese it every now and then. If I didn't the machine beeped once in a while and the nurses told me to "keep on working".
It makes me totaly free of medications and no symptomes of the illness either. Only drawback is that I have to go three times a year. Something my doctor isn't to happy about.
