About Me
Licensed Massage therapist in Washington state since 1995. Worked in Chiropractic office with many duties, including re-exams, X-ray, and fallow up body work.
Developed my specialty through a combination of observation and continuing education.
In retirement I do contract work for the chiropractor one day a week and assist clients by appointment....

How I Stay Healthy
I keep myself physically active on Qberry farm. I try to eat local produce and use low temperature cooking methods.
I avoid using medication to treat symptoms but try to find and remove the cause of the symptom.
I use the same movement therapies that I recommend to my clients.
I use strong magnets to support my spine and prevent swelling when I work....

My Experience with Health Challenges
By 1994 at the age of 54 I was failing in my cleaning and landscape business. I could not work long enough at a time and could not lift heavy trash cans. My spinal injuries were beginning to ankalose. [look like bamboo on X-ray film]
Looking for a career change that would make me healthier I chose Massage School and was able to fine employment with my chiropractor....
