I have only used it fo a week. I haven't gained any weight. Because of a knee injury I have not kept any weight records for this period of time.
I hope that it helps. I've lost over 100 lbs with eatin less, keeping my salt intake below 500 mg per day, & up to 2 hrs on an exercise bike. The previous weight loss got me off of my blood pressure medications. I'll be able to compare if my blood pressure stays down. I need to lose 50-70 lbs more.
