I agree a million percent with vikdad1. I have been on diets before and thought my body would adjust but let me tell you....it adjusted in the WRONG way!! has taken me several years to repair my gut!!!! diarrhea, long term, NEVER a good thing. Loss of electrolytes, minerals, vitamins, etc. will screw up you system!!! Don't do it!!
