I found my way to this site because I usually suffer daily from terrible headaches on the right side of my head. I recently bought some St Mary's thistle (liver tablets) and after taking one each day for the past 2 days I have woken up each morning without a headache! I assume the thistle must be helping so I'm now wondering if anyone else has experienced the same?
