This is a very personal decision. I made the decision to have a craniotomy based on my symptoms. I had a very good experience, I had the best doctors and medical support team. I went to UCSF; I would however highly recommend this facility for anyone who has been recommended to have this procedure done. I am doing very well with minor side effects. Use your best judgement when making the decision that is best for you, I was well informed and determined to recover.
