About Me

My Expertise at doing what I have done for the last twenty-five years – from hands-on healing to mentoring those who want to work with healing themselves - has roots that go back as far as my early childhood and branches that reach out to encompass fascinations from later childhood, my early years in college, and a fatal illness that crippled my body and turned me into collagen from the inside, out. It has been said that what does not kill you, makes you stronger… I think it teaches you as well, if you are open to learning.
I was ordained an Inner-Faith Minister with an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree since 1996. My area of specialty is Spiritual Counseling. I have reached Master level in both Magnified Healing and Reiki and worked for over 20 years as a hands-on healer. In 2003 I was gifted with a technique that could be used by individuals to allow any person to perform their own Emotional Cellular Reprogramming. I have since authored four books on the technique (published by Ozark Mountain Press) and work privately with those who desire to master it. The technique is called SleepMagic.

It is well-balanced but does exclude certain foods – dairy products, for instance, and red meat – that disturb my optimal digestive function. As a rule, I sleep a minimum of 8 hours.... (more)

My Experience with Health Challenges

I began life with Tuberculosis. That seems to have set my lungs up as somewhat vulnerable. I was hospitalized with pneumonia in my 20’s and in the late 80’s developed a rapidly advancing case of diffuse progressive systemic sclerosis (aka scleroderma) and was given 6 months to live. My body rapidly began turning into collagen, inside and out; my skin tightened around me, somewhat crippling me although I could still walk a bit. My hands remain severely crippled but the rest of me is as good as new. The ‘cycle’ of the disease process unfolded over a 4-year period. (I kept up my yoga practice in my mind.)
Most recently, I spent 10 weeks going through the process of the Covid 19 virus.
