I'vecbeen takingvit with garcinia gambogia, and have had none of the problems mentioned. In fact,it makes my bowels move more often, but very normally. I am only bumned because I have been having dizzy spells, which I've never had before, and I just read elsewhere it could be from the gacinia gambogia.
