The procedure took place just 2 weeks ago so it is still early to make any meaningful recommendations.However, sensitivity to bright light is a definite side effect, i think im having trouble controlling how much light enters my eye.

Would recommend it
I have had 2 DSAEKs -one in 2011 and one in 2012. I had Fuchs Corneal Dystrophy. I received good vision after the 1st DSAEK, but I am disappointed with the results from the transplant in 2012. I have some underlying issues that may/may not be effecting the outcome. I was dxed with Non-Hodgins Lymphoma and received several rounds of chemo, which the surgeon says wreaked havoc with my vision. I had cataract surgery prior to the DSAEKS and have recently had a YAG in the after-chemo treated eye. My main problem now is the IOP and the problems I continue to be plagued with Paulette

Hi,I'M Sai Ram from Andhra Pradesh.I am 24 years old,I had Cornea transplantation in my right eye on 2009.It was good after post operation for two years with regular checkup and then the problems started from 2011 - - Cornea Rejection - It was treated with some medicine and the problem was solved. - Glaucoma - I had glaucoma operation in 2012. - Cataract - I'm going to have catarct surgery on Feb'2013. As per my experience there are lot of problems to be faced after the cornea graft and i am already facing it and i suggest all of you to plz dont go for this treatment,If u r ready to go for it ,then get ready to face lifetime problemssssss.....You can contact me --- j.sram6cool@yahoo.com for any kind of info
