Tramadol takes the edge off on the days where I really just need a break from Fibromyalgia. It's not as high powered as Vicodin, but it does not make me itch like Vicodin. I cannot take enough Benedryl to stop the itching.

I would recommend this but long term i felt that i was getting rather disconnected with the world. Made me very drowsy and sometimes incoherent so be careful.
