Deborah Metzger, PhD, M.D., is a gynecologist and reproductive endocrinologist whose major interest is the integrated treatment of women with complex medical issues including chronic fatigue syndrome, endometriosis and fibromyalgia. During the past 22 years, she has developed novel approaches to these underappreciated problems and has published widely in textbooks and peer-reviewed journals. Currently she is Medical Director of Harmony Women’s Health in Los Altos, California. She will contribute her extensive background in treating complex issues using an integrated approach to support FoundHealth’s mission to empower patients with a set of credible, integrative health treatments and solutions.
Dr. Metzger will be joining FoundHealth Experts Council which currently includes Greg Barsten, D.C., a practicing chiropractor, clinical nutritionist, and medical herbalist, and Meg Jordan, Ph.D. RN., Chairman of Integrative Health Studies at the California Institute of Integral Studies. This group of health care professionals and thought leaders will guide FoundHealth’s rapidly expanding capabilities in delivering an integrated, complete and empowering information to millions of users online. FoundHealth expects to name additional experts to the Experts Council over the coming months.
