I have used and continue to use Heal N Soothe for this condition. Never tried taking enzymes before and I can tell you that a surgery I had one and half years ago left me in considerable pain and not as mobile as I'd like to be. I started on this therapy and I have energy through the roof and my inflammation has come down to where I don't need the NSAIDs any longer.
