I have been applying St Johns Wort oil with DMSO to the site of my husband's lower back pain. He is skeptical but says the sensation of "pulling" on his guts, the shooting pains down the backs of his legs, and pain in his testicle is gone after the first application. I have been applying it daily for about two weeks now and he is free of the nerve pain (which has been constant for about 18 months) associated with the disc injury although his back is still hurting.

Should I massage this oil pure/straight?(For sciatica.) In some places it recommends diluting it but not sure with what. Many thanks, Rebecca

Hard to believe how it is helping my scoliosis of the lumbar spine...after I tried everything else unsuccessfully I started taking it for depression and after s while my back pain subsided...I am flabbergasted ;>)
